Tour 4 Option: Berlin Wall, Stories & Street Art in Kreuzberg Walking Tour:
A tour of the most alternative neighborhood in Berlin. With the best scene of the punk-rock era. Where David Bowie, Iggy Pop, Nick Cave, among others, created an alternative and countercultural atmosphere, which today can still be appreciated.
A neighborhood full of artists, students and the unemployed. Also known as the Turkish quarter. With a lot of cafes, bars with a lot of simplicity and a beauty that has become very fashionable in European cities.
The tour starts at the Oranienstr. We will walk along the wall, but not before seeing the magnificent graffiti of Roa and Victor Ash. On the way to the wall we will walk around Bethanien, and during the journey of almost a kilometer of wall we will hear some stories about the cold war, art and life in Kreuzberg.
Back to the neighborhood, we will cross the Oberbaumbrücke. The most fascinating bridge in Berlin. I will show you where the Ramones museum is and one of the best hamburger restaurants in Berlin. And of course two spectacular graffiti, Gameos and the backjump by Blu. We will walk through the Gorkitzer park and discover its secrets. We will see Victor Ash’s well-known “Astronaut” graffiti, inspired by David Bowie’s eternal song, Space Oddity.
We will end up having a beer in the most emblematic bar of the neighborhood, Das Hotel Bar. Magical for its atmosphere combining flowers, candles, good music and drinks. Of course, I will indicate many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood.
Option Berlin Wall + Cold War (Spanish only) Tue-Sun 10:30am >>>
We will discover how that division of Germany was through its ghost stations, the ruins of what was the Berlin Wall and the incredible stories of people who risked everything for the dream of freedom on the west side of the city. We will visit the Palace of Tears (Tränenpalast), an old train station crossing between the two Germanies, and the stories of ghost stations of Nordbahnhof, which were boarded up and guarded to prevent people from crossing to the western side. In the Window of Remembrance, our guide in Spanish will tell us the stories of those who died trying to cross the wall, to whom tribute is paid in the Church of Reconciliation. We will also remember some of the most curious and unusual leaks that, fortunately, ended well. Our Free Berlin Wall and Cold War Tour ends at the Bernauer Strasse Memorial, a memorial monument of the historic border that contains an original piece of the Wall.

Tour 5 Option: Amazing Berlin with Tourist Guide Walking Tour:
Berlin surprises everyone! It is surprising because when you think of Germany, you think of one of the most squared and regulated countries in Europe. Therefore, arriving in Berlin, its capital and seeing that it does not resemble the rest of European capitals, is a surprise. Berlin is a city in which freedom is breathed.
You breathe art, you breathe tolerance. It is a city where history lives with the present. Where the most representative monuments coexist with the craziest bars and discos.
This are some of the places that we will see:
1. Aleksander Platz
2. Marienkirchie
3. Neptune Fountain
4. Marks Engels Forum
5. Museum Island
6. Bebelplatz
7. Brandenburg Gate
8. Reichstag
9. Jewish Memorial
10. Sony Center

Tour 6 Option: Third Reich & Jewish Quarter Walking Tour:
Our tour begins in Hackesche Höfe, in the heart of the Jewish Quarter of Berlin. While we see its most charming courtyards, our guide in Spanish will reveal its historical significance and cultural relevance. On Tolerance Street we will see the signs of the impact of the Nazi regime and World War II, and in Stolpersteine (“the stumbling blocks” in German) we will honor the memory of those killed during the Holocaust. We will also see the Great Synagogue in Berlin, rebuilt after the fire of the tragic Night of the Broken Crystals; and the Protestant church of Sophienkirche, a true war survivor. The Jewish Cemetery or the school will help us understand the history of the Jews in Berlin and their relationship with the German people. Between the Brandenburg Gate, the symbolic heart of the city, and the Reichstag, German parliament, we will know the harsh political and material conditions of post-war Germany. Something Hitler took without a doubt to take power. We will also see the surroundings of the Tiergarten, where the memorials to the victims of the Nazis are concentrated. Among them stands out the Great Memorial of the Soviets, in honor of the heroes of the battle of Berlin in April 1945. This activity ends in Hitler’s last Bunker, where he hid his last days with Goebbels.
