Itinerary
When bathing in the forest, you immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the forest and nature with all your senses. We slowly stroll through selected areas of the park and experience the green lung of the city very consciously and in a special way with the help of guided mindfulness exercises. We listen to the rustling of the treetops, discover how the park smells and feels. As a result, we find our way back into the here and now and to ourselves.
In practical exercises, you will train active relaxation and mindfulness. You are doing something for your health and can switch off and relax!
