During the tasting, the participant receives information about the production process as well as historical facts about cider.
Itinerary
This tasting will focus on regional fine ciders. Under a noble cider we understand wines that are very similar to our own products in terms of production, but still develop their own character and taste.
This tasting is suitable for beginners and cider connoisseurs, as there is much to discover from Secco cider, traditional ciders and specialty ciders to a high percentage.
A total of 5-6 apple wines are eaten and evaluated. In addition to the apple products, we offer regional specialties such as Lützellindener Bauernbrot, cheese (Sonnenhof Buseck), meat specialties (Obersteinberger Hofgut – Pohlheim) and Bioland certified honey (beekeeping dog & peasant). There is also the possibility of thematically matching products such as u.a. to get to know a cider-bacon sauce (BBQ-Circus – Dutenhofen).
