As your pretzel creations bake (traditional or creative) learn to make classic Bavarian Obazda, a perfect side to a freshly baked pretzel.
Like all our classes we try to teach as much about Bavaria and its’ traditions while having a traditional hands on experience.

As your pretzel creations bake (traditional or creative) learn to make classic Bavarian Obazda, a perfect side to a freshly baked pretzel.
Like all our classes we try to teach as much about Bavaria and its’ traditions while having a traditional hands on experience.
You will learn how to make traditional bavarian pretzels and a classic side to the pretzel, Obazda. You will have hands on experience from start to finish, making the dough, rolling and shaping the pretzels. You will even get to learn a few unique forms as well. While Tim will handle all Lye steps you will get to watch and then continue with the process. While the pretzels bake, Anna will teach you how to make classic bavarian Obazda, a perfect side dish to the pretzels. Together you will get to enjoy them fresh from the oven and take all the left overs with you on your onward journey.
