Lake Starnberg is one of the most popular places to visit for Munich’s natives, who frequent the lake for a swim or a boat ride, or grab a bite to eat at the local fish restaurant. They enjoy the beautiful landscape and explore Starnberg’s history on foot and, of course, as we will on a bicycle, surrounded by a perfect fore-Alp scenery. Lake Starnberg is well-known for two things: its centuries-old fishing tradition and the many celebrities who mix and mingle at the lake. On this tour you will learn about the history, royal stories, fishing of today as well as which celebrities have visitied Lake Starnberg. OPTIONAL: If someone wants to swim in the lake, please don't forget to bring your swim equipment, as well a towel ;)
