Tree climbing is exciting and at the same time relaxing. It is a special nature experience to be at the same height as birds in the treetop with a view of the river. The rope climbing technique used is particularly safe and suitable for beginners.
Through my instructions and workshops with single rope climbing technology, I have already helped several friends overcome their fear of heights.
The learned technique also provides a basis for exciting cave tours with shafts to abseil. Also for geocachers this course is very helpful to handle T5 tree caches.

In any case, please bring the following:
• Any medication you take
• Closed shoes, e.g. sneakers (open shoes and flip-flops are not accepted)
• Sunscreen, water and light snacks
• You can bring an action camera. The host is not liable in case of damage to your camera.
